I've been fortunate this year to work more with my own client's rather than agencies, which I have relied on heavily in the past.That being said, the highlight of this year has been working with Neverland to develop a bold visual refresh for Giffgaff, also working with their internal design team to ensure they understand how to bring it to life in everything they do.
