Proudest moments in my career: playing a minuscule part in the addition of Women's football at club level in FIFA 23. I was working with EA Sports to help shape the new release of the game to fully integrate women's teams, getting to work with some incredible strategic and analytical brains In the same contract, I got to work on a seperate project, with the most knowledgeable people in football, creating content for fans across the world, alongside multiple partners such as Mundial and WAS NYC, we brought EA Sports: The Next Generation to multiple pop-up newsstands in London, Paris and NYC, and ended up winning Bronze at the Clio Awards! Both of these projects were whilst I was contracted at COPA90, my first content-focused agency.
Working in the industry for 12 years has had its ups and downs, as have I too! Once someone who couldn't find their voice, in recent years working with incredible teams on exciting projects, I've become brave + passionate about the work I do. I'm a born communicator, with the ability to be both tough + tender, sensible + fun, ensuring everyone within the team is heard. I pride myself on being a protector of people + ideas, an advocate of mental health in the workplace, and always ensure I am nurturing mine. I am a champion of continuous learning, listening and collaboration, no matter your level or age and thrive best in teams with flat hierarchy and no egos. I'm a strong believer that kindness to myself + others, and the communication of boundaries are not weaknesses, but strengths to be celebrated, and will promote this attitude wherever I'm contracted. Not embarrassed to say I'm a lover of lists + geek out on Gantt charts. Partial to a Percy Pig, unapologetically human.
