Highlight of the year
2022 was one of my busiest years as a freelancer. It was also the year I decided to enter the world of triathlons. My desire for balanced working all those years ago was truly achieved in 2022 when I successfully completed 4 triathlons without having to compromise my work commitments. That's a massive highlight for me.

My move from full-time agency Director to qualitative freelancer was prompted by the need for an effective work-life balance. Over 30 years later I am still enjoying the benefits of this decision, working with research agencies and directly with clients, sharing my experience with those considering entering the research industry, as well as having enough time for my growing family and varied sports pursuits.
