I'm incredibly proud of the work I did with Kantar in 2022 on the lived experience of ethnic minorities, exploring how this manifests itself as part of the consumer experience. It's an area I'm super passionate about it was fantastic to be given the opportunity to use insight as a vehicle for challenging norms, conventions and stereotypes.
