My highlight this year wasn’t a piece of work or a project, even though there’s a few that I’ve been proud to work on. It was starting to move the needle for the freelance sector. Challenging the assumptions that freelance isn't a serious career choice, and that it's just something you do when 'in-between' jobs. Provoking conversation on LinkedIn, mentoring other freelancers through one-on-one coffee dates, and sharing the insights that I have learned over the last 2 years with others, giving them the confidence to step into freelance and thrive too.
