I have worked on many wonderful and inspirational projects in the past year, both narrative and commercial, so it is difficult to pick a single one. One of the highlights was editing a BFI-funded short drama film 'Asa' and working on branded videos for Quickbooks and ThisWorks.
I'm a London-based video & film editor and director originally from the Czech Republic. After graduating from the University of Greenwich in Film Production, I launched my career as a freelancer straight away and since then, I've edited content for various clients such as Quickbooks, Minstead Trust charity, MeeTV, and Bolt Digital agency, along with narrative content in the form of short films and feature documentaries.My passion for storytelling and psychology extends across all mediums. I've had the privilege to direct several short films, including 'The Great Conjunction', in 2020 which went on to receiving several awards at European film festivals. Its feature script has also been longlisted at the 29th Euroscript annual screenwriting competition in May 2022. On top of that, I also write, narrate and edit my own podcast in my native language, that features original bed time stories for children.I'm always on the lookout for exciting new projects, and I'm excited to see what opportunities come my way in the upcoming months.
