I have over 20 years of agency experience. In the past, I was the hired gun, called onsite to agencies to fix the hot mess. When deadlines loomed and projects had changed multiple hands, I would see to it that the problem was resolved and that the project deadlines were met. I continue to do this alongside my wife Katrina, running a motion design studio in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
Over the years I have acquired multiple skills to better provide solutions for my clients. With a strong foundation in 2D/3D animation and illustration. When you work with me, you don’t work with “somebody who knows a piece of software”. You work with somebody who finds the best way to tackle a problem. That doesn’t just begin with the programs you use, but the story you tell too. I strongly believe in the concept before the execution.
Each year I take off 12 weeks to study courses to add more problem-solving skills to my arsenal. In my downtime, I write articles for School of Motion and record tutorials on YouTube to better connect with my family and the motion design community.Over the years the people I have worked with are not just my clients, but my friends. These relationships were built on a foundation tested under the fire of trials and joint successes.
