It's our sixth anniversary at Leapers this year, and we've supported almost 200,000 people in that time. Our annual research project has shown improvements in how we're all feeling, but there's still a long way to go - 63% of freelancers still don't know where to find good support for their mental health at work.
We've launched Freelance Friendly, a policy framework for businesses who want to work well with freelancers. We're working hard with businesses to help them identify and improve the ways in which they work with their freelancers, designing better onboarding and policies, building networks of trusted talent, and engaging with their communities of independents.
