One of our most interesting project from last year was to work on a national pitch for Lloyds bank. The complexity of the financial products mixed with the topic (retirement planning) made it very challenging. It's an issue we will all face at some point in our life so it was very interesting to explore all the human insights behind each consumer behaviours. And try to generate a simple and impactful idea.
